These are the 3 music video ideas I came up with in the pre production stage of this project.

Music video inspiration

Chemical overaction

In this music video I like the way the opening lines up with the drop of the music, the top down camera angle on the checkered floor and the silhouettes of the performers over the fast flickering patterns in the background.

Love me normally

I like the use of lighting in the second half of this video, and the way the light is used on the ultra violet paints. It creates a very unique aesthetic that benefits the song well.

Hayloft I

I like the way color grading and lighting is used in this music video, i also like the aspect ratio for the video and the narrative it tells.

White woman's Instagram

In this music video I want to use the changing of aspect videos in a similar way to how they are used in this video. The 4:3 aspect ratio specifically.

I like the overlay of the scribbly text in this video, and i would like to use a similar scribble effect in my music video.

I like the way a slow dolly in is used in this music video and the use of aspect ratios. I also like the way the lighting is extenuated by the use of the monochrome palette
